3A. Enrollment and Registration Purchases

All purchases for enrollment in any session or event are final. If you do not attend the scheduled session or event, no refund will be issued. This policy applies to both virtual and in-person registrations. No credits or refunds are available for missed participation.

3B. Cancellation Clause

If the client cancels the contract after work has commenced, the client remains obligated to pay the full contract amount as compensation for resources, time, and project commitment, regardless of the agreed payment schedule or the stage of project completion.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe you've been incorrectly billed, please contact our customer service team within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve legitimate disputes promptly.

5. Security

We implement various security measures to protect your personal and payment information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities related to payments, including but not limited to using stolen credit cards or attempting to circumvent our payment system.
