Payment Terms and Credit Card Processing

FeesAll fees are clearly stated before service provision. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account at the prices in effect when the charges were incurred.
RefundsOur services are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered if service was not provided as described, technical issues prevented service delivery, or duplicate charges occurred. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial charge.
EnrollmentAll purchases for enrollment in any session or event are final. If you do not attend the scheduled session or event, no refund will be issued. This policy applies to both virtual and in-person registrations. No credits or refunds are available for missed participation.
CancellationIf the client cancels the contract after work has commenced, the client remains obligated to pay the full contract amount as compensation for resources, time, and project commitment, regardless of the agreed payment schedule or the stage of project completion.
DisputesIf you believe you've been incorrectly billed, please contact our customer service team within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve legitimate disputes promptly.
SecurityWe implement various security measures to protect your personal and payment information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
