Who are the briefings for?

CEOs, Presidents, and business owners at companies with $10M–$250M in revenue. The Design sessions serve C-suite, VP, and Director-level leaders. Everyone in the room is a decision-maker.

Do I need to attend every month?

No. Each session is modular and standalone. Attend one or attend twelve. Every session delivers a complete outcome — not homework for next month.

What is Chatham House Rule?

Participants are free to use information from discussions, but they may not reveal who said what. This allows for candid conversation among peers.

Where are the sessions held?

Sessions are held at private venues in the Research Triangle, North Carolina. Meals are included.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund. 7–13 days: 50% refund or full credit toward a future session. Less than 7 days: non-refundable but transferable to another attendee from your organization.

What does "vendor-neutral" mean?

We don't sell software or take referral fees from vendors. Recommendations are based entirely on what's right for your organization, not on what earns us a commission.

What's included in Strategic Advisory?

Monthly strategic planning, vendor evaluation support, decision pressure-testing, and board-ready materials. Scope is defined during our initial conversation. The goal is to build your internal capability, not dependency.

How is the Fractional CAIO different from Advisory?

Advisory provides guidance. The Fractional CAIO role embeds into your leadership team — attending meetings, making recommendations, owning the AI agenda as if they were on your payroll. Executive presence without the full-time hire.

Do you work with private equity firms?

Yes. We conduct AI due diligence for acquisitions and provide advisory services to portfolio companies. Our assessments produce board-ready deliverables on PE timelines — designed for value creation plans, not academic research.

How do I pay?

Briefings and sessions are paid at registration. Advisory and assessment engagements are scoped and invoiced. We accept all major credit cards and ACH. Payment terms are outlined in our Terms of Service.

What's your refund policy?

Briefings: 14+ days out, full refund. 7–13 days, 50% refund or full credit. Under 7 days, non-refundable but transferable. Advisory and assessment engagements have terms specific to the scope of work. Full details in our Terms.
