Executive Briefings

What's the difference between the CEO and Executive briefings?

Different content, different outcomes. CEO sessions address strategic decisions—where to invest, how to structure, what to prioritize. Executive sessions focus on implementation—how to evaluate vendors, manage change, and measure results. Most companies send the CEO to one, their leadership team to the other.

Can I send my COO instead of attending myself?

No. The CEO session is structured for peer conversation at that level. Your COO belongs in the Executive AI Briefing, which is designed for C-suite leaders responsible for execution.

What's "Chatham House rules"?

Use what you hear. Don't attribute who said it. This allows executives to speak candidly about real situations without worrying about public disclosure.

What's your cancellation policy?

14+ days out: full refund. 7-13 days: 50% refund or credit. Under 7 days: transfer to someone else, no refund.

Advisory

Do you implement AI solutions?

No. We provide strategic guidance. We help you decide what to do, evaluate vendors, and structure initiatives. We don't write code, configure platforms, or manage projects. That keeps us objective and keeps you in control.

What does "vendor-neutral" actually mean?

We don't sell software. We don't take referral fees. We don't have partnerships that influence our recommendations. When we suggest a platform, it's because it fits your situation—not because someone's paying us to say it.

How quickly can you start?

Working sessions can usually start within 2 weeks. Retainer engagements depend on current capacity—usually 2-4 weeks. For urgent situations, reach out and we'll see what's possible.

Location & Access

Where are briefings held?

Advisory works remotely. Briefings and Forum are in-person—currently RTP (RDU) and Charlotte (CLT). Atlanta (ATL) and Nashville (BNA) sessions launching 2026.

Is there a virtual option?

Not for the briefings. The value comes from in-person peer conversation. Virtual doesn't create the same dynamic. Advisory engagements work well remotely.
